Good morning, friends! After a couple of weeks of high emotions and demanding change, we have all taken small steps towards creating that change we so desperately want to see and need to have. Our lives will never be the same after 2020. With Covid-19 and the social injustice we have witnessed that has enraged our communities, I hope you have found some space to breathe, grow and reflect on what really matters to you.
I can’t believe it is JUNE! I blinked and 2020 is half over. Do you feel the same? With June comes Father’s Day so I have looked around for the things that Dad (or hubby) may love. Most of the time Dad doesn’t go and buy the things he needs or wants because he would rather take care of the family’s needs first. Let’s spoil him this year! I’ve rounded up some of my favorites for this year’s Father’s Day Gift Guide.
Doorbell :: If your Dad is a tech guy, chances are he already has one of these Ring Doorbells. But if not, he will love this! Give dad the ability to keep an eye on what is happening at home and who is coming and going. You may have to teach him how to put it on his phone, but he will love being able to see what is going on from his office!
Glass Coffee Maker :: If Dad loves a good cup of coffee and loves to learn a new skill that can WOW his guests, he will love this coffee maker that allows him to create a cup from scratch. The glass carafe with it’s wood and leather detail is gorgeous . You can also add this awesome book all about making hand-crafted coffee so he can pour like a pro. Don’t forget your filters!
Shave Kit :: Dad’s skin matters, too, and he would love this kit! Smells amazing, exfoliates, leaves skin feeling dewey soft. You may have to tell mom to get her own.
Toothbrush :: Not just any toothbrush. This brush will give him that after-the-dentist clean feeling every day and the color gives such a masculine touch to one of the things that will quickly become one of his favorites.
Grill Set :: Make Dad’s grilling game even stronger with this stylish Stainless Steel Grill Set! Check out this 20 pc. set from Cuisinart that is easy to use AND clean! Dishwasher safe so you don’t have to worry about wooden pieces being ruined in the water. We actually have this set and it has lasted for years!
Neck Massager :: My hubby doesn’t have one of these, but I have a feeling that he would love it every day. It is versatile for your back and neck and radiates heat to reduce stress. It could become a family favorite and it is easy to use with the controls on the front.
Apron :: If Dad is in charge of dinner, better make sure everyone knows it! Check out this awesome (and masculine) apron! I love the metal grommets, there are pockets for all the things, it can be personalized AND…did you happen to notice the bottle opener attached? With the utmost in class, of course.
Phone Sanitizer :: Remember when you couldn’t get your hands on Clorox wipes or hand sanitizer? These days sanitation is on everyone’s mind. This gift would truly be appreciated and it cleanses so much more than a phone. Think glasses, watches, masks – you name it.
Speaker :: Dad is sure to love this waterproof speaker as he sits poolside (or lakeside) or while he is grilling his masterpiece on a Sunday. Toss it in a basket or bag for a bike ride, listen to the news in the morning while he gets ready for the day. He can take it anywhere!
Tech Pouch :: Give him a place to hold all the things tech related. You still have a few days to put in your order to be monogrammed!
I can’t wait to get my hands on a few of these. If you order the monogrammed or personalized items, get your order in quick before the deadline ends to be able to have your items in time. This has been so fun to put together and I hope you enjoy it and found some great ideas! Have an awesome rest of your week!
